Yesterday our P6&7 class visited the Titanic Museum in Belfast, as part of our learning topic in class. Our tour guide Shirley provided a fantastic and very informative journey, guiding us through the story of Titanic from its origins in Belfast until it reached its demise on April 14th 1912 in the Atlantic Ocean. We saw many original artefacts including the actual violin that was used as the musicians played when the ship was going down. Everyone had a wonderful time and we impressed Shirley with our knowledge of the Titanic.
