Menssana (Action Mental Health)- P4/5

Catherine from Menssana came in to do a workshop with P4/5 on Wednesday 2nd December. She talked with the children about maintaining positive mental health. She discussed what to do or who to speak to when life becomes hard to juggle at times. Children completed a few physical exercises and their own helping hand, identifying 5 people they can talk to if they are feeling upset, worried or overwhelmed.
