Children from Spa P.S. visited our classroom. We began with some ice breaker activities in the top yard using the parachutes to get everyone chatting. Back in the classroom, we looked at various images of Carnival rides made from Lego. The children were given the task to build a carnival ride for mini figures. They had to plan and construct a carousel, a ferris wheel, the big dip, a roller coaster or make another carnival ride that they enjoy. Lots of collaborative planning and building followed 😁
